Epicor
Implementation Consultant
Suitable
applicants must come from an implementation or end user role where
they have been responsible for implementing or supporting an Epicor
environment. The successful applicant would be responsible for:
1) Handle all implementation tasks on smaller projects as well as be
a team member on larger engagements
2) Software troubleshooting and issue resolutions
3) Report writing / development
4) Develop and nurture client/account management relationships as
well as to sell add-on services
5) Resolve and escalate project implementation issues to ensure
client satisfaction
The successful candidate for this Consulting Position must posses:
1) Working and hands-on Experience with Microsoft SQL Server is a
MUST
2) Working and hands-on experience with Crystal Reports (Business
Objects)
3) Experience implementing and supporting EPICOR Enterprise /
Vantage or E4SE
4) Hold certification on Epicor product line (or be able to be
certified upon hiring)*
5) Ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision and
guidance
6) Project Accounting / Job Cost Accounting / Manufacturing
expertise is a huge plus
7) Knowledge of general accounting principles is required
8) Ability to formulate and articulate software solutions to solve
business problems
9) Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a
multi-task environment
10) Proactive, self-motivated, with an entrepreneurial attitude
